The teen-fiction ‘Movin’ On’ was originally written in 1993. The manuscript then remained in a box until 2020, when Denis re-wrote the manuscript (keeping the storyline the same) before publishing.

Loud hard rock outfit Flame ruled the music world in 1977.
Songs like 'Rock n roll Cities', 'Thrust', and 'Dreams of Fire' aired loudly from AM radios and hi-fi's across the country. Their album 'Infernum de Rock' went double platinum, as did their next release 'Scorched City'. Flame were:

Rock kings Flame made a tour stop in Dannerville, on their 1977 world tour. In 'Movin' On' Jeff and Jennifer were lucky enough to watch this show from side-stage. Local rockers Grey Wolf opened the show - were you there too ?
With a crisp and clean taste, Ashton Ale was the beer of choice for locals back in 1977. The brewery opened its doors in 1875 and is a favorite of Jeff Walker and his buddies.

In 'Movin' On', Jeff attended a baseball game with Jen's Dad and little brother Randy. It was an exciting game - Jeff caught the ball from Jack Ryan's big hit and presented it to Randy.
In the pages of 'Movin' On', Jeff rode a 1976 Honda CR250M.
The Brother Deluxe 700T was given to Jeff by his mother as a gift. Many of his poems were written on this machine.
in 1977 the Cordoba was a popular seller for Chrysler. The 3-speed automatic with powerful V8 engine was an ideal family sedan. In 'Movin' On' Jennifer's Dad drove a Cordoba on his daily route between home and work. Mr Moore purchased the vehicle from the Chrysler dealer in Ashton. All Cordoba's were two-door coupes.
